Cookie Policy
Which cookies and local-storage entries Nichle uses in your browser, why, and for how long. The Turkish version prevails.

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. Local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) serves a similar purpose. This policy calls both “cookies”.
It is issued by the data controller, Alta AI Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“Nichle”, “we”), under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the Turkish DPA’s cookie guidance. The Privacy Policy explains the personal data involved in detail.
2. Categories
- Strictly necessary: keep you signed in, secure sign-in, and remember your language and your cookie choice. The service cannot work without them; they are used without consent (performance of contract, legitimate interest) and cannot be switched off.
- Analytics: measure which pages are visited and where visitors come from (Google Analytics). They run only with your consent; until then, no request is sent to Google at all.
We use no advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising.

Only the page path is sent to Google Analytics (e.g. /niche-finder) — never the search terms or filters in the address bar.

5. Chrome extension
The extension uses no cookies; it uses the browser’s extension storage. Its sign-in token lives only in session storage (chrome.storage.session), cleared when the browser closes; tool preferences are kept in storage synced with your Chrome account (chrome.storage.sync). It never collects browsing history outside youtube.com, page content or keystrokes.
6. Third-party pages
Payments happen on Stripe’s pages (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com), which use Stripe’s own necessary cookies for fraud prevention under Stripe’s privacy policy. Google sign-in uses Google’s own page and cookies.
7. Managing your choice
The banner on your first visit offers “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Manage preferences”; rejecting is as easy as accepting and never blocks the site. You can withdraw consent any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page; analytics cookies are then deleted and measurement stops.
Your choice is kept for a year; we ask again when it expires or when the cookies we use change. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser — blocking the necessary ones prevents signing in.
