Distance Sales and Subscription Agreement

1. Parties

BUYER / SUBSCRIBER: the person who starts the subscription from a Nichle account, identified by the name, e-mail and billing details given at payment.

2. Subject

This agreement sets the terms of the Nichle Pro digital service subscription bought on nichle.com. The Pre-Contract Information and the Terms of Service form part of it.

3. Service, price and payment

• Pro — monthly: US$12.00 / month
• Pro — yearly: US$99.00 / year
• A 7-day free trial on a first subscription. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged; otherwise the chosen period is charged when the trial ends.
• Taxes are calculated by Stripe for your country; the total including taxes is shown on the payment page before you confirm.
• Payment method: debit or credit card via Stripe. Your card details never reach the seller.

The subscription renews at the end of each chosen period until the Buyer cancels. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance and apply only to later periods; a Buyer who does not accept may leave at the end of the period free of charge.

4. Performance

Access opens in the Buyer’s account immediately on payment or trial start. The Seller provides the service with reasonable care; short interruptions for maintenance or third-party outages (e.g. the YouTube API) may occur.

5. Withdrawal

• You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason and without penalty, by e-mail to destek@nichle.com, or in writing to Mecidiyeköy Mah. Selahattin Pınar Aralığı Sk. Hüseyin Özer İş Merkezi No: 3 İç Kapı No: 8, Şişli / İstanbul, Türkiye.
• On withdrawal, the amount charged is refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us, by the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
• Cancelling during the free trial means nothing is charged at all.

6. Termination

• You can end your subscription at any time, without a reason and without penalty: Account Settings → Billing → “Cancel Plan” (a few optional questions and one offer are shown, all skippable), or by e-mail or in writing.
• Your termination notice is processed within 7 days at the latest and confirmed to you electronically. Nothing is charged after termination.
• On a monthly plan, access runs to the end of the paid period. On a yearly plan, on request, the amount for the unused period is refunded within 15 days of termination.

7. Buyer’s obligations

The Buyer will not share the account, resell or redistribute the data in bulk, or try to circumvent plan limits. For a serious breach, the Seller may suspend the service after notice.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

Disputes may be brought, within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, before the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at your place of residence or of the transaction, and above those limits before the Consumer Courts. This does not limit mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

10. Formation and records

The Buyer confirms having read and approved the Pre-Contract Information and this agreement electronically before paying; the contract is formed by that approval and the start of payment or trial. A copy is always available at nichle.com/legal/distance-sales and is e-mailed on request.
