2. Main features of the service

Nichle Pro: a web app and Chrome extension for researching YouTube channels, videos and niches — a searchable index of public YouTube data with estimates (revenue, RPM, outlier and similar scores). Estimates are informational and not statements of fact.

Used online by signing in; requires a current desktop browser (Google Chrome for the extension). Nothing is delivered physically; access opens immediately on payment or trial start.

3. Price, payment and renewal

• Pro — monthly: US$12.00 / month
• Pro — yearly: US$99.00 / year
• A 7-day free trial on a first subscription. Cancel before it ends and nothing is charged; otherwise the chosen period is charged when the trial ends.
• Taxes are calculated by Stripe for your country; the total including taxes is shown on the payment page before you confirm.
• Payment method: debit or credit card via Stripe. Your card details never reach the seller.

The subscription renews at the same price at the end of each chosen period (month or year) until you cancel.

4. Right of withdrawal

• You may withdraw within 14 days of the contract being formed, without giving a reason and without penalty, by e-mail to destek@nichle.com, or in writing to Mecidiyeköy Mah. Selahattin Pınar Aralığı Sk. Hüseyin Özer İş Merkezi No: 3 İç Kapı No: 8, Şişli / İstanbul, Türkiye.
• On withdrawal, the amount charged is refunded within 14 days of your notice reaching us, by the payment method you used, at no cost to you.
• Cancelling during the free trial means nothing is charged at all.

5. Ending the subscription

• You can end your subscription at any time, without a reason and without penalty: Account Settings → Billing → “Cancel Plan” (a few optional questions and one offer are shown, all skippable), or by e-mail or in writing.
• Your termination notice is processed within 7 days at the latest and confirmed to you electronically. Nothing is charged after termination.
• On a monthly plan, access runs to the end of the paid period. On a yearly plan, on request, the amount for the unused period is refunded within 15 days of termination.

6. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to destek@nichle.com; we answer within 30 days.

Disputes may be brought, within the monetary limits announced yearly by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, before the Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) at your place of residence or of the transaction, and above those limits before the Consumer Courts. This does not limit mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
